• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our community members in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in social media marketing and community management
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve marketing goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Passion for social media and community building

• Proficient in using social media management tools
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus
