Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Senior Product Manager at Dunzo, you will lead the ideation, development, and launch of new products and features that enhance the Dunzo experience for our users and partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and managing the backlog.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize features and define the product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and user studies to identify user needs and opportunities for innovation.
• Define and track key metrics to measure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
